Just devoured a Pepper Pie. Beautiful! Pastry was perfect, right amount of pepper, flavour was awesome. I've only lived in Toowoomba for 3 months and have tried pies from a few places, but my search is over, Theo's is by far the best. Do yourself a favour.
After calling beforehand to see what flavour muffins they had available, and didn't have the one we wanted, they kindly offered to bake off a fresh batch of blueberry muffins for us. Arriving a short time later they were hot out of the oven and were still warm by the time I shared them with my Gma. You made our day. Kindness goes a long way.

Young staff exceptionally helpful, I think the name of the one I encountered was Ariez, but they are always quick to help and friendly. This paired with the amazing and affordable gourmet pies leave me coming back every other day. A very fine establishment and will be coming back for years to come.
Wow. Haven't enjoyed a pie like this for a long time. Have ordered a tomato and onion pie which comes with a big chunk of baked tomato and lovely chunks of onion and beef. Very delicious.

Perfect flakey pastry with a great little buttery crust . The brisket was super tender, and banging flavours with the addition Of the gravy. Perfect ratio of ingredients, every mouthful just had you wanting more. This place has just made it into my TOP 3, and was worth the drive if you aernt local . We didnt stop there, but went back for the curry, beef bacon & cheese , sausage rolls, plus a couple more bbq beef brisket & cheese pies. I am now envious of what the town.of Toowoomba has in their own back yard , these pies are definitely well above your average . Fortnightly visits now scheduled 📅 👌
